What’s Your Story?

I draw inspiration and get motivated when I read about someone’s journey through yoga.  From recovering from physical injuries to maintaining sanity during the terrible two’s to finding the courage to get out of a bad situation – yoga is about finding the strength within to rise above the chaos and hear your true self through all the chatter.  I am reminded to turn to my practice by reading these stories when I feel overwhelmed.  There is nothing I can’t do when I’m centered and come from a place of truth and peace.
