Kumar teaches from his experience of 25 years of in depth yoga practice, covering the main limbs of yoga and brings to light many lesser known techniques learnt during his studies in 26 yoga schools of Northern India and 12 schools in Southern India.
On successful completion of the course, the practitioner should be able
- to reach a high level of proficiency in asanas, pranayama, mudra, bandhana, with a clear understanding of external and internal functioning of both body and mind.
-to offer solutions or therapies for common/ chronic problems using kayachikitsa, kayasamvadana and dietary advice.
-to become an internationally competitive yoga teacher
-to progress further on the path of yoga to become a true yogi.
